Driving Factors of Industrial Water Use Change Based on Carbon Emission and Sectoral Perspectives in Hebei Province, China

Hebei Province in China is facing a serious water shortage, which further aggravated by the pressure of industrial transfer and unreasonable structure use. To explore relationship between use carbon emissions, this study, refined logarithmic mean divisia index (LMDI) decomposition method was developed to analyze driving factors during 2008–2019 from emission sectoral perspectives.
